People say New Yorkers don't like to dance during rock gigs- The Deli is here to quash this preconception.Below, our 3 point platform to get your awkward indie ass up on the good foot.

1. A lot of people don't dance because they don't know the music. To prepare you, we are providing a playlist of songs by the bands thatwill perform that night! Just click here, listen repeatedly, memorizethe lyrics and study your old moves in front of the mirror like youused to in your teens (and still do).

2. Others say they don't dance because nobody's dancing. Well, theDeli has recruited a team of pro indie rock dancers that jump likemaniacs at every guitar chord.

3. Finally, some say that alcohol helps get the feet moving. Our beerpromotion is here to help... 100 cans of beer will be donated tomembers of the audience at the Hook who distinguish themselves bydancing while the bands play the main stage (upstairs). That's right:IF YOU DANCE, YOU GET FREE BEER (max 4 cans each). Members of the Delistaff will keep a vigilant eye out for deserving (and 21+) folks who get up on the good foot.
